We are committed to providing our Customers with a satisfying and happy online shopping experience. While we use our best efforts to ensure all Orders are fulfilled correctly and meet your expectations, there may be situations where you may be required to return Products purchased on Wellbeing Online and/or request for a refund.
1.WHEN I CAN REQUEST FOR A RETURN AND OR REFUND?
You have seven (7) days from the date of receiving your Order to request for a return and/or refund.
We only allow return and refund for home delivery shopping via Wellbeing Online and only in the following situations:
- If the Product is defective or damaged
- If the Product has expired
- If there is a discrepancy between the Products delivered and the Order you placed
- If a Product is ordered and invoiced but not included in the delivery
- If any Product which was not in your Order but delivered to you
- If you have been charged more than the value of the Product at the time you make the Order
Any Product returned to us must be unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging. You must ensure that the Product(s) to be returned is not be used and must be kept in its original condition, quantity and packaging.
2.WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You are strongly advised to examine the Products delivered to you immediately on receipt.
- If any of the above situations arise, you will need to notify us by completing our online Return/Refund Request Form available on Wellbeing Online within seven (7) days of your delivery of your Order.
- In the event you fail to notify us within the given timeline, we reserve all rights to refuse your request for return and/or refund.
- Once the online form is submitted, we will contact you within fourteen (14) days regarding your next step and our procedures for return and refund.
You should also keep your original receipt/tax invoice as proof of purchase as a valid receipt/tax invoice will be required for the return.
3.HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Depending on your location, you may opt to return the Product by the following method:
- At any of our store within Malaysia
- Send the Product back to us by registered post via a reliable courier service at your own expense to the following address:

We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product to be returned prior to us receiving the same at our store or the address above.
As such, you are advised to safely pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
4.CAN I REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE?
This will depend on the reason for the return of the Product and subject to stock availability.
5.WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
The return of a Product does not automatically warrant for a refund. Whether you are entitled to a refund and how your refund is issued may differ depending on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item and how the item was purchased. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund based on our discretion.
In the event a refund is due to you, this will be credited to you in the form of cash or in kind within sixty (60) working days from the approved return date.
- Product(s) returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of purchase.
Your receipt of the refund may be delayed depending on the period of time taken by your appointed bank to finalise the refund. In this case, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of such delay.
